FAQ

Q: Can I carry out activities in several foreign institutions as part of one mobility in PROM Project?

A: No. The Project provides for the implementation of only one action in one institution.

Q: Can I finance the mobility from a source other than PROM?

A: Yes. If the costs of participation exceed the amount of the scholarship from the PROM Project, the participant may seek funding from another source, provided he/she avoids double financing of expenses.

Q: How many times can I get funding from the PROM programme?

A: The programme can be used only once. Only one departure or arrival is financed.

Q: Will I receive 100% of the funding before the mobility?

A: Before the mobility, the programme participant receives 70% of the financing (travel and subsistence costs), the remaining 30% (travel and subsistence expenses) and the additional costs are reimbursed after the mobility is settled.

Q: Should the information about funding be included in the materials and scientific papers related to the activities carried out in the Project?

A: The project participant is required to include information about the Project’s support in the materials and scientific papers related to the activities carried out in the Project, e.g. “Financed with funds from the project „PROM – International Scholarship Exchange of PhD Candidates and Academic Staff” within the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, co-financed from the European Social Fund; project no. POWR.03.03.00-00-PN13/1” and, if possible, place logotypes in the materials.
